Spencer Kroll MD PhD FACP FNLA is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist and a nationally recognized cholesterol and lipid disease expert.  He is a Fellow of the American Board of Lipidology.  He is a co-author of "The Ozempic Diet".  He is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and did his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University.  Before this, Dr. Kroll was a Howard Hughes Scholar at Mount Sinai School of Medicine where he completed his PhD in Pharmacology and Masters Degree in Bio-statistics.  

Dr. Kroll hosted the podcast series "This Week In Cholesterol".  He was a Principal Investigator for many clinical trials.  He has authored many research articles and appeared as a guest on many medical shows including ReachMD- The Channel for Medical Professionals as an expert on cholesterol and lipid disorders.  He is a contributing author representing the National Lipid Association for Sharecare, Dr. Mehmet Oz's website for connecting patients with medical experts.  He is recognized as a thought leader for new clinical treatments for cholesterol disorders, including PCSK9 Inhibitors, to which he has contributed alot of research.  Dr. Kroll has been recognized as a NJ Top Doc for many years including 2020.  He has also repeatedly received the Compassionate Doctor Award.

Jason Messinger PA-C is a graduate of George Washington University and The Philadelphia University Physician Assistant School.  He has worked in the areas of orthopedics and internal medicine.  Jason has been an integral part of The Kroll Medical Group for 10 years.  He compassion, patience and clinical skills are well known to our patients.  He is interested in primary care and preventative medicine and has more than 10 years of experience treating internal medicine patients.
